अर्थ:- बड़े भाग्य से यह मनुष्य शरीर मिला है। सब ग्रंथों ने यही कहा है कि यह शरीर देवताओं को भी दुर्लभ है (कठिनता से मिलता है)। यह मनुष्य शरीर साधन का धाम और मोक्ष का दरवाजा है। इसे पाकर भी जिसने परलोक न बना लिया। (वह बाद में सिर्फ पछताता है
